Veritas Kapital wins 2 awards at Lagos 2024 Customer Service Excellence

Veritas Kapital Assurance Plc has clinched the Insurance Brand of the Year at the 2024 Customer Service Excellence Awards.
Dr Adaobi Nwakuche, the Managing Director/CEO of Veritas Kapital was also honoured with a diamond award of the Best Customer Care Insurance CEO for her outstanding leadership.
The awards were presented in Lagos on Saturday in recognition of the insurance company’s exceptional customer engagement and leadership in the insurance sector.
The CEO’s award was received by Mr Godwin Agbonaye, Regional Head, Lagos and South, Veritas Kapital, while Mr Arinze Adigwe, Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications received the award on behalf of the company.
In a remark, Mr Abidemi Adesanya, a representative of the award organisers, said that Nwakuche’s transformative leadership and focus on enhancing customer service have positioned the company as a leader in the industry.
Adesanya lauded Veritas Kapital for its outstanding customer engagement, noting that the company and its leadership emerged as the winners after thorough and meticulous research.
He commended the firm for placing customers at the center of its business strategy, saying that such had greatly contributed to its continued success.
Responding, Agbonaye expressed deep gratitude to the organisers for the recognition.
He expressed Veritas Kapital’s commitment to customer satisfaction, while highlighting the integral role that customer engagement plays in driving the company’s growth and success.
Agbonaye said that the awards reaffirmed the company’s dedication to consistently enhancing its service delivery and products.
